Situation
The heart of a nursery school is undoubtedly the group room, which is used for very different purposes: here the children make things, play, run wild and listen to stories — and every individual activity requires the right light. When children play, they need to perceive their environment properly and estimate distances well. This requires an emphasis on creating a level of lighting with balanced brightness that is tailored optimally to the visual tasks.
Solution
Simple grouping of ceiling lights with variable light colour
Energy-efficient, sensor-controlled presence and daylight-dependent adaptive HCL light control (with SymbiLogic for energy-efficient human centric lighting) creates a feel-good atmosphere. Up to four stored light scenes can be accessed easily at the push of a button during educational games that require concentration or during breaks. Just as the situation dictates.
