The outdoor motion detectors and twilight switches from our new DEFENSOR series offer innovative solutions based on time-dependent operating modes to enable highly flexible lighting control. As an example, they can be used to control lights such as the 230-V outdoor lights from the ALVA series. The colours of the two elegantly designed series complement one another, and this combination of products creates a durable synergy of automation and light.

Another appealing alternative can be created with the ALVA bollard lights with an integrated DALI motion detector. These lights control the DALI variants from the ALVA series and can be combined with the DALI actuator from ESYLUX to enable movement and daylight dependent switching of 230-V lights, such as ALVA up-/downlights.

SOLUTION A

ALVA bollard lights with integrated DALI motion detectors enable intelligent networking in broadcast mode and can be used to create pleasant orientation lighting.
With the DALI actuator from ESYLUX (1), devices that don't have a DALI interface can be easily integrated and switched on and off when motion is detected (e g. ALVA Up-/Downlights).

SOLUTION B

DEFENSOR motion detectors are ideal for controlling ALVA lighting for 230 V. This creates a visually harmonious lighting solution while the safety and control functions of the DEFENSOR series increase building safety even further.
